Welcome to Prospherious! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern  your use of the Prospherious website (the "Site") and any services provided by ESPIRAL PORTÁTIL - UNIPESSOAL LDA, a commercial society registered in Portugal ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.  

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms that may apply to specific sections or services available through the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should stop using the Site immediately.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on this page, with the "Last Updated" date updated accordingly. By continuing to use the Site after such modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

Currently, Prospherious is in the pre-seed stage of development. We are not yet offering financial products or services to the public. Our goal is to eventually provide corporate deposits by B2C users, and as we progress, additional features and services will be made available.

We do not guarantee the availability or functionality of any products or services at this time. Please keep in mind that the Site is informational and is intended to keep visitors informed about our future offerings.

To use the Site, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding agreement. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

While Prospherious is not yet offering services, we may require you to create an account or register on the Site in the future. If you choose to register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information if it changes.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws while using the Site.
• Use the Site to transmit harmful or unlawful content, including viruses, malware, or any other materials that could damage or disrupt the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, data, or networks connected to      the Site.

Since we are currently in the pre-seed stage and may not yet be offering products or services, we make no guarantees regarding the functionality of the Site or the availability of future products. Your use of the Site is at your own risk, and we do not accept liability for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Site.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. In no event will Prospherious be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Site.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Prospherious or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activities that are detrimental to Prospherious or other users.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Portugal.
